Pet Deposit – $150 (refundable)
Pet Fee – $150 (non-refundable)
Maximum of 2 pets per apartment home
Maximum weight limit of 45 pounds

Pet screening is required as a part of the application process. If you have applied, you must create your profile with Pet Screening. This is a requirement EVEN if you do not have a pet. There is no cost if you do not have a pet.
